Why Nina wrote it

Decades of coaching, distilled into one kitchen.

This book reflects the solutions Nina has developed over decades of nutrition coaching, and her own years as a single mom raising three kids while working. It brings together her training as a physician, nutritionist, board-certified lifestyle medicine specialist, life coach, and cook, plus a real love of organizing and planning.

Her hope is simple: that you feel good about yourself, your body, and your life, so you can live more fully.

Who it's for

Adults in midlife and beyond who want to eat well for longevity. Busy professionals. Parents of young kids and teenagers. And people living with chronic illness who need to care for themselves with limited energy.
